Hinowa 13.70
The Hinowa 13-70 is a compact tracked spider lift designed for flexible access in environments where space, ground conditions, or access routes restrict the use of conventional machines. Its tracked chassis and stabiliser set-up allow it to operate on a wide range of surfaces while maintaining excellent stability at height.
Commonly used for maintenance, installation, and inspection work, the Hinowa 13-70 performs particularly well in atriums, courtyards, heritage buildings, industrial sites, and areas with limited access. Its compact dimensions allow it to pass through narrow openings before deploying for work at height.

Protecting Your Team at Height
IPAF Operator Training
Our IPAF-accredited training ensures operators understand their responsibilities and can safely use MEWPs (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms). The course covers everything from daily checks and site assessments to recognising hazards and preventing accidents. It combines classroom-based learning with practical, hands-on instruction.
UK Powered Access delivers training on a range of platforms, including boom lifts, scissor lifts, and personnel lifts. Courses can be delivered at our depots, at your workplace, or on-site where suitable. Evening and weekend sessions are available on request to suit your schedule.
